Part of the purpose of this newsletter is to start conversations, so if you have a question or there is something you would like to share with us please let us know by responding directly to this email.

Fred Hutch cBioPortal Demo Day - Do you want an easy way to visualize your cancer genomics data? DaSL has set up an instance of cBioPortal just for Fred Hutch, where you can upload your unpublished data, compare it to public datasets, and enjoy some âautomagicalâ graphs to help you analyze your data. Come see cBioPortal in action, learn how to get your data on our instance, and get whatever other questions you have answered. Join us on Thursday, November 14th at 12pm PST in the DaSL Lounge on the first floor of Arnold (M1-B406) for pizza and information, or join virtually via Zoom. Please register using the link in the title above.
