[New Release: WILDS WDL Library] The WILDS WDL Library is a collection of workflow description language (WDL) scripts that provide reusable, well-tested bioinformatics tasks that can be combined into pipelines for research. This v0.3.0 release of the is a special one: it's the first to include contributions from Fred Hutch researchers via our WILDS WDL Development Program! Huge thank you to the researchers involved for contributing their knowledge and expertise to this effort! If you'd like to start a new WILDS WDL collaboration, submit a request to get started.

[New Book: The Regression Cookbook] G. Alexi RodrĂguez-Arelis and co-authors introduce an open educational resource designed as a companion to the University of British Columbiaâs DSCI 562 Regression II course. This text is intended to help students see a dense toolbox of modern regression methods as a coherent, end-to-end data science workflow.
