[Blog Post: Announcing DaSL Training Season 3] We are excited to continue our training program in Spring 2024 in the joy and practice of data science! This season will include: a 6-week course about R for first-time coders on data analysis and visualization from April to May, a 6-week course on intermediate use of R from April to May, a workshop on rigorous science to to track changes in data analyses and code: Intro to Git and GitHub, two workshops on scalable computing when you need more power or space then your laptop: Intro to Command Line, and Cluster 101. All events will be held in-person with online synchronous options and recordings to observe. Registration is open to the Fred Hutch community. Please sign up at the link above!
[Job Posting: Technical Project Manager III (Temporary)] This position will act as Scrum Master, supporting the breakdown of work into tasks and stories, working with the team to set estimates, facilitate necessary scrum ceremonies, and align with product managers for priorities within the technical work. This position reports to the Data Product Management Team Lead and works closely with the technical team and product managers to drive product features to delivery. This is a temporary role and will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely.
